Originally built in 1970’s as a hunting cabin/bachelors summer home,  this1,800 square foot home and grounds were completely renovated in 2004. The house and grounds comprise 3.5 acres with a pond. The home features wide plank floors, clawfoot tubs    

This project was unique in that the existing structure and land were full of constraints that we had to circumvent.  New landscaping included a granite walled/bluestone entertainment terrace approximately 30’ x 16’ wide, granite steps leading to the east lawn, and bluestone step stone pathways throughout.
